Parts of the content in mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and in Stege are created and maintained by companies, associations, organizations and other users. The person or organization submitting content is responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and legal, and that necessary rights to text, images and other material are in place.

mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and in Stege provides the platform and is not a sender of user-generated content. We therefore cannot guarantee that, for example, descriptions, dates, opening hours, prices, addresses or other information from third parties are always correct or up-to-date.

We may correct, hide or remove content that we believe is incorrect, illegal, misleading, offensive or contrary to the purpose of the platform. Errors or problematic content can be reported via the contact information at the bottom of the page.

Privacy and security

We do not sell personal information and do not pass it on to other companies for their own marketing purposes. Information is only used when necessary to operate mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and Stege, administer user accounts, Mønu PLUS, company profiles and the functions that the user chooses to use.

Personal data stored directly in mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and in Stege's own systems is stored on servers in Denmark. Information is protected with relevant technical and organizational security measures and is not stored longer than is necessary for the purpose or required by applicable law.

Information that a user chooses to publish in a public profile, post or other public content will of course be visible to other users.

Payment via Vipps MobilePay

Mønu PLUS can be paid for as a continuous monthly membership via Vipps MobilePay. The current monthly price is DKK 39.00 and is also displayed before the payment is approved. The payment and the recurring payment agreement are processed by Vipps MobilePay as an external payment provider according to their own terms and data protection rules.

When a recurring payment is approved, the user gives Vipps MobilePay permission to process subsequent monthly payments until the membership is terminated. mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and in Stege does not store complete card or MobilePay payment information.

Membership can be terminated from the member profile or by stopping the recurring payment agreement with Vipps MobilePay. Termination stops future renewals. Already paid access continues as a rule until the end of the current payment period, after which membership ends, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory legislation.

Payment via Stripe

Other memberships or subscriptions on the platform may be processed by Stripe, which is an external and independent payment provider. Payment information is therefore processed according to Stripe's own terms and data protection rules and may be processed outside of Denmark in connection with payment processing.

mønu app – Guide and events on Møn, Bogø and in Stege does not store complete payment card information. Stripe is an independent third party and is not part of Appor Google. Appand Google do not process payments made directly through Stripe.

Membership and subscriptions

Price, payment interval and essential terms are displayed before a membership or subscription is created. Ongoing subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled. A cancellation stops future renewals and is generally effective at the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by mandatory law.

Consumers have the rights in relation to distance sales and subscriptions that result from applicable Danish consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, these terms do not limit it.
