The November darkness has arrived, and this time of year has given light a special meaning in many cultures.
The day before this saunagus falls in 2026 - the Hindu festival of lights, where lamps and lights play a central role as symbols of hope, clarity and the victory of light over darkness.
This will be the inspiration for this evening's saunagus.
We let the contrast between the darkness outside and the warmth inside form the framework for the experience. An evening with plants, peace, presence and a story about man's ancient urge to turn on lights when darkness grows closer.
The sea is a few minutes' walk from the sauna, so there is the possibility of a dip in the sea between the heat before you return to the sauna.
