November begins at a time when many traditions look back to those who came before us.

Monday, November 2nd, falls on All Souls' Day, just after All Saints' Day and close to the Samhain period. Across cultures, this time has been associated with memories, ancestors, grave lighting, transitions, and the notion that the line between the living and the dead feels thinner.

That will be the inspiration for tonight's saunagus.
An evening of warmth, darkness, plants and storytelling, where we let the atmosphere revolve around memory, autumn and the special space between what is here now and what has been.
The sea is a few minutes' walk from the sauna, so there is the possibility of a dip in the sea between the heat before you return to the sauna.
