Come and hear an exciting lecture about the magical amber – and afterwards join us on a guided amber hunt on the beach with amber expert Anders Leth Damgaard.

You will uncover the deepest secrets of amber, get tips and tricks for the hunt, and in addition to just hearing about amber, you will also be able to see and touch a lot of amber. Large and small pieces, amber in all possible colors and rarities and unique items that you otherwise only see in museums, will be brought to the lecture.

After the lecture, you can experience the excitement of searching for “the gold of the North” firsthand when we continue with a guided amber hunt on the beach at Klintholm Havn. Here you will learn more about when and where on the beach to look and some tips and tricks for the hunt.

Once you know what to look for, the beach suddenly becomes full of possibilities.
