Autumn draws us deeper into the forest.
The light becomes lower, the leaves fall, and the landscape changes character. In European folklore, the forest has never been just nature. It has also been a place for fairies, elf people, spirits, and tales of places to be approached with respect.

That will be the inspiration for this evening's sauna experience.
We move into the darker layers of the forest with warmth, plants, wood, scent and presence. An evening inspired by old ideas that nature is not just something we walk through – but something we step into.

The sea is a few minutes' walk from the sauna, so there is the possibility of a dip in the sea between the heat before returning to the sauna.
