We start quietly and allow space to become present and from here develop the intensity before landing in a quiet dance.

If you have physical disabilities, you can still participate – you move your body as much as possible for you.

If you are sad, angry, worried, over-excited, stressed, it is often felt in your body and here dance helps you change and is allowed to express yourself with your movements. You set yourself free in a way.

Come and join us – EVERYONE CAN DANCE! You bring your body to life with free guided dance in the company of others. You are kindly guided into the dance and you are supported in moving what moves within you and letting go at your own pace with what you are inspired to through the guidance and the inspiration of the music.
It costs 50 kr to join.
