This autumn Saturday we are holding a HOLIDAY PARTY in HJELMHUSET.

Ø MAD gruppe will have a guest appearance by the exciting, innovative and professional chef Lasse Baunbæk, who together with Ø mad gruppen will create a fantastic lunch menu. Lasse has worked as a chef for 16 years and has been a vegetarian for the last 7 years. Lasse currently works as a chef at the Møn Theatre College and is known for his wonderful food, where good taste and good ingredients are paramount. There will be recipes for the lunch buffet dishes that you can take home for inspiration. Lasse cooks according to the philosophy: you become what you eat. He is inspired by cuisines from all over the world. The food is made with respect for the old rules of cooking and with the courage of innovation.
