🍂 Autumn workshop with Loui Moon and Jirasol.
Yoga, breathing, meditation & electronic sound journey.

This workshop is an invitation to turn your gaze inward. To land in your body, rest, enjoy and explore your inner beauty.

To conclude, we dive into a strange sound journey created by electronic musician and sound artist Jirasol. It's going to be nice and weird. 🙌

Inspired by the sounds of autumn and winter, Jirasol weaves a sensual soundscape that invites you into the inner sound of nature.

✨

You don't have to be agile, spiritually advanced, or have control over your breathing. You just have to come as you are.
