Autumn holiday fun in the Green Sauna.

A sauna session consists of 3 rounds in the sauna where we jump into the sea occasionally. The interaction between the cold and the heat resets the nervous system and provides a pleasant calm and well-being in body and mind.

Saunagus is a way to connect both internally to body and mind and externally, to the sea, the sky and each other.
In the rounds we sing songs inspired by both Danish and traditional South and North American sweat ceremonies.

REMEMBER: Bring two towels, one for the sauna and one for afterwards. Refreshing drinks will be served during breaks. Remember to bring a water bottle. Swimwear is optional.
