Terms and Conditions for NamaStege ApS / Mønu
Applies to the purchase and use of Mønu and Mønu PLUS moenu.dk and in Mønu WebView.
0. Important information about purchases via Mønu
Mønu serves as a communication and information platform. Any ticket purchases (Mønu ) and sign-ups for the Mønu PLUS membershipPLUS are handled via Mønuexternal website (moenu.dk) and through a third-party payment provider.
Mønu uses WebView to display content and handle checkout, but does not itself act as a payment processor or seller of digital services through app-based purchases. All payments are processed outside Store App Store are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

NamaStege ApS operates Mønu, which sells tickets to local events on Møn and offers the Mønu PLUS membership. Some events are organized by NamaStege ApS, while others are organized by external organizers. The event page indicates who the organizer is.
2. Products
- Mønu : Digital tickets for events.
- Mønu PLUS: Ongoing membership/subscription with the benefits described onPLUS Mønu PLUS.
3. Prices
All prices are clearly displayed before you complete a purchase or sign up.
- Tickets: The price depends on the specific event (and, if applicable, the ticket type and time).
- Mønu PLUS: 25 kr per month or 240 kr per year, including tax (unless otherwise stated at the time of registration).
4. Payment
4.1 Mønu
Ticket payments are processed via Stripe. You can pay with supported credit and debit cards, as well as MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, when these payment methods are available at checkout.
The amount will be charged when the purchase is completed. In some cases, the amount may not be finalized until the payment has been fully processed and approved by your bank or payment provider.
Here's how to buy tickets
- Select the event you want and the number of tickets.
- Enter the required information (usually your email address, and possibly your name and phone number).
- Select your payment method.
- The payment is processed via an encrypted and secure payment connection.
- You will receive your tickets digitally once payment has been processed.
4.2 Mønu PLUS subscription)
Mønu PLUS a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, which automatically charges the subscription fee based on the price and billing frequency you see when you sign up.
5. Delivery
5.1 Tickets: Delivered digitally with a QR code to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. Delivery usually takes place within a few seconds.
5.2 Mønu PLUS: Access to member benefits is activated upon completion of payment. Current benefits and the membership card are available digitally viaPLUS Mønu PLUS.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Cancellation of the Contract
6.1 Tickets
- As a general rule, purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation, a full refund or an alternative solution will be offered.
- In the event of a rescheduling, tickets are generally valid for the new date.
- Any transaction fees may be non-refundable.
6.2 Mønu PLUS
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless delivery has begun with your consent. Contact us at admin@moenu.dk .
7. Mønu PLUS Cancellation
- There is no minimum contract term.
- You can cancel your subscription through Stripe’s subscription portal or by contacting us.
- The cancellation will take effect starting with the next billing period.
