NamaStege ApS operates Mønu, which sells tickets for local events on Møn offers Mønu membership. Some events are organized by NamaStege ApS, while others are organized by external organizers. The event page states who the organizer is.

2. Products

3. Prices

All prices are clearly displayed before you complete a purchase or registration.

• Tickets: The price depends on the specific event (and possibly ticket type/time).
• Mønu : kr 25 per month or kr 240 kr year incl. VAT (unless otherwise stated upon registration).

4. Payment

4.1 Mønu (tickets)

Payment for tickets is processed via Stripe (payment gateway). You can pay with supported payment cards as well as MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when these payment methods are offered at checkout (including via Ticket Sales).

The amount will be deducted when the purchase is completed. In some cases, the amount may not be finally registered until the payment has been fully completed and approved by your bank or payment provider.

How to purchase tickets

1. Select the desired event and number of tickets.
2. You enter the necessary information (typically your email address—and possibly your name and phone number, if relevant).
3. You choose your payment method (card, MobilePay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, if available).
4. Payment is made via an encrypted and secure payment connection.
5. You will receive the tickets digitally (usually via email) after completing your payment.

4.2 Mønu (subscription)

Mønu is a recurring subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe, which automatically charges the subscription according to the price and payment frequency you see when you sign up.

Stripe supports payment by debit card and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the device and setup. The specific payment options are always displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 Tickets: Delivered digitally with a QR code to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. Delivery usually takes place within a few seconds.

5.2 Mønu : Access to member benefits is activated upon completion of payment. Current benefits and membership cards are displayed digitally via Mønu .

6. Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal

6.1 Tickets

• Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation, a full refund or alternative solution will be offered.
• When moving, tickets are generally valid for the new date.
• Any transaction fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

6.2 Mønu

As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless delivery has commenced with your consent.

7. Mønu – termination

• The subscription is non-binding.
• Cancellation can be done via Stripe's subscription portal or by contacting us.
• The termination will take effect from the next payment period.
