Join us for this November Sunday saunagus in the green sauna. A saunagus consists of 3 rounds in the sauna where we jump into the sea in between. The alternation between the cold and the hot resets the system and provides a pleasant calm and well-being in body and mind. During the rounds, we sing songs inspired by both Danish and traditional South and North American ceremonies. The sauna session lasts about 1.5 hours and costs DKK 300 per person. Bring two towels, one for the sauna and one for afterwards. Remember to bring a water bottle. Refreshing drinks and fruit are available during breaks. Swimwear is optional.
The sauna is located at the end of Vindevæk strandvej, where there is also parking.
