We’ll start off gently, allowing ourselves to settle in, and from there build up the intensity before settling into a quiet dance.
If you have physical limitations, you’re still welcome to join—just move your body as much as you’re able to.
If you’re feeling sad, angry, worried, overexcited, or stressed, your body often reflects those feelings—and that’s where dance can help you transform those emotions and express yourself through movement. In a way, you set yourself free.
