Long table dinner at the farm

Every third Saturday of the month, we set up a long table in the courtyard and open a small pop-up restaurant one evening.

The food is based on Japanese peasant cuisine – simple, healthy, and traditional everyday fare. all made from scratch, without rushing. We grow many of the vegetables ourselves in the farm garden, and the rest we select with care from local producers, as far as possible.

We serve a five-course menu that changes from time to time.
However, one thing always remains the same:

Rice balls ad libitum.
You choose your filling, and we serve freshly cooked, hot rice balls directly onto your plate – again and again, while the conversation flows around the table.

There are only 10–11 seats at the long table. This means that dinner will be intimate and full of small encounters between people who did not know each other beforehand.

An evening of good food, time, and fellowship—right in the middle of the courtyard.
